Flat Rate Shipping: A tentative flat rate of $16 applies to most orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. While we strive for prompt delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 1 to 3 Business Days: NSW, VIC, QLD, & ACT known suburbs.
- 2 to 4 Business Days: SA known suburbs.
- 4 to 8 Business Days: WA, Tasmania, and NT known suburbs.
*Shipping charges reflect costs set by the shipping company. Additional fees may apply for certain remote suburbs in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, WA, and all suburbs in Tasmania and NT. If the cost exceeds the standard $16 rate, you will be notified of any extra charges.

Local Delivery up to 15 km. : We offer free local delivery to selected suburbs through Tanna Sweets' drivers, with FREE DELIVERY on orders over $119. If your postcode falls within our local delivery area (within 15 km of our Blacktown, NSW location), this option will automatically appear at checkout.
- Please note: Free local delivery may not be available during festival seasons.
Certain specialty items—such as liquid treats, dairy products, fusion cups, and Shreekhand—require refrigeration and are not suitable for shipping. Additionally, delicate items like our basket box cannot be shipped to preserve their quality. These products are available exclusively for pickup at our Blacktown location or for On-Demand Local Delivery if your suburb's postcode is within our delivery area.

To justify the time, effort, and resources put into making each product, we have set minimum quantities for each item. This approach helps us maintain our standards while offering you the best possible experience with our sweets.
