Cancellations & Refunds
At Tanna Sweets Sydney, we take pride in preparing our sweets fresh, just for you. Therefore, we have a strict policy on changes, exchanges, and cancellations.

No Changes or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we strictly do not allow changes or exchanges once the order is placed.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it, as preparation begins shortly after. To cancel, please leave a message via our Contact Us page. Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.
Please note: Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel the order, and refunds may not be available. We encourage customers to check their order carefully before confirming.

Non-Availability of Items: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will reach out to you to offer alternative options. If none of the alternatives are suitable, we will issue a full refund through the original mode of payment. Please note, Tanna Sweets Sydney is not liable for any additional fees or charges incurred by the customer.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds on edible products once they have been prepared or delivered. This is to ensure the safety and quality of the items delivered to our customers.
