At Tanna Sweets, we craft delicious treats without preservatives, additives, or cheap fillers—just pure, authentic ingredients. To ensure our sweets stay fresh when they reach you, we offer delivery straight from our kitchen to your doorstep. You can even choose your preferred shipping date during checkout, so your sweets arrive when it's most convenient for you. We’re committed to making your experience with us delightful and yummy!

Free Local Delivery:

  •  We offer free local delivery to selected suburbs through Tanna Sweets' drivers, with FREE DELIVERY on orders over $111. If your postcode falls within our local delivery area (within 15 km of our Blacktown, NSW location), this option will automatically appear at checkout.

  • Please note: Free local delivery may not be available during festival seasons.

Shipping Details (Australia Wide):

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A tentative flat rate of $16* applies to most orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. While we strive to deliver promptly, please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • 1 to 3 Business Days: NSW, VIC, QLD, & ACT known suburbs.
    • 2 to 4 Business Days: SA known suburbs.
    • 4 to 8 Business Days: WA, Tasmania, and NT known suburbs.
  • *Please note that our shipping charges reflect the costs set by the shipping company. We are simply passing these charges on to you as billed by our third-party shipping service. For certain remote suburbs in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, WA and all suburbs in Tasmania and NT additional shipping fees may apply. If the cost exceeds the standard $16 rate, we will notify you of any extra charges.

 

  • Important: Third party delivery partners will not call or disturb you during delivery. Sometimes, they may leave the shipment safely near your doorstep or at your building’s mailroom/reception area. If no one is available to receive the package or if there are parking issues at the delivery location, a card will be placed in your mailbox with instructions for redelivery or collection from your nearest pickup point.

Important Information:

  • Milk & Liquid Items: Some items, such as Shreekhand, Rabdi, Gulab Jamun and Fusion Shots, Besan Puri, Baset Box etc. are delicate and not suitable for regular shipping. These items are available for pickup or On Demand Local Delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tanna Sweets is not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to address errors. Refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
