Payment and Order Confirmation: Full payment is required to begin production. Your order will be confirmed once we have received the payment in full.
Product Availability: If an ordered item becomes unavailable, Tanna Sweets will contact you to offer alternative options. If none of the alternatives are acceptable, we will provide a full refund through the original payment method. Please note that Tanna Sweets is not responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred.
Right to Refuse Orders: Tanna Sweets reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
